Duration: 2 days
Surface Preparation: Assess your concrete, identifying the condition. Learn to remove contaminants to ensure optimal shine and address cracks, holes or uneven surfaces. Adjust for temperature, humidity, and other site conditions.
Latest Techniques and Technologies: Discover cutting-edge tools like planetary grinders, hybrid polishing pads, and advanced densifiers.
Maintenance and Aftercare: Teach your clients how to care for their new surfaces and establish policies to ensure client satisfaction

SESSION 2
INTRODUCTION TO EPOXY FLOORING WITH FLAKES,
SAND-BROADCASTING AND QUARTZ
Duration: 3 days
Understanding Epoxy:Dive into the chemistry of epoxy resins, including different types and their specific application.
Safety First: Learn about essential safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE), and proper material handling.
Epoxy Issues: Identify and simulate problems like bubbling, fisheyes, contaminants, humidity and uneven curing to correct and practice corrective measures.
Flakes Systems (Materials and Application Techniques): Choose the right flakes for your projects and master broadcasting methods for even distribution.
Quartz Systems (Durability, Design and Installation Methods): Understand the benefits and aesthetic options of quartz flooring as well as learning the layering techniques for maximum strength.
Hands-On Activity: Prepare a concrete slab, perform repairs, apply epoxy and a primer coat.
SESSION 3
SPECIAL EPOXY CLASS WITH
METALLIC, GLITTER AND 3D
Duration: 1 day
Metallic Effects and Patterns: Use color theory to combine colors effectively for stunning combinations. Create marbling, swirling and other dynamic effects.
Application of and Mixing Glitter Pigments: Achieve the desired consistency and visual impact.
3D Flooring Image Integration: Incorporate graphics and images beneath clear epoxy layers and use the layering to create depth, giving that 3D effect.
Custom Inlays and Logos Installation: Learn how you can embed custom designs into flooring systems using stencils for precise results.
SESSION 4
SPECIAL CLASS WITH STAMPABLE OVERLAYS,
IMPRINT PATTERNS AND TEXTURES

Staining and Dyeing: Learn the difference between acid stains and water-based stains as well as learning the various application methods.
Overlay Systems with Micro-Toppings and stampable overlays: Renew existing concrete surfaces and imprint patterns and textures onto fresh overlays.
